Question 1

What does NOE Group’s end-to-end stand design and build service include?

Accepted Answer

We take care of the entire process, from creative and technical design to production, logistics, installation and dismantling. We also coordinate on-site services, including, but not limited to, power, lighting, AV, rigging and cleaning services, in line with each project’s needs and venue requirements.

Question 2

Where does NOE Group design and build exhibition stands?

Accepted Answer

We deliver stands and event projects worldwide, combining global coordination with local expertise and resources. This allows us to work efficiently in each market while meeting local technical requirements, regulations and venue standards.

Question 3

Can NOE Group manage multiple projects simultaneously across different countries or within a single trade show?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our international structure enables us to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, whether across different markets or within a single trade show. We coordinate the teams, production, logistics and installation for each project, ensuring consistent quality and on-time delivery.

Question 4

When should we start planning our exhibition stand?

Accepted Answer

Timelines vary depending on the size and complexity of the stand, the market and venue approval requirements. We recommend starting the planning process early enough to allow sufficient time for design development, technical approvals, production, logistics and installation.

Question 5

Can a stand be reused for different trade shows?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can design modular and adaptable stands for reuse across different trade shows. Depending on the project, the entire stand or selected elements can be reused or adapted, considering logistics, storage and the requirements of each event.

Question 6

How can we make our exhibition stand more sustainable?

Accepted Answer

Sustainability starts with the way a stand is designed and produced. Whenever possible, we reuse elements, optimise materials and resources, and produce locally to help reduce waste, transport and environmental impact. Our production model combines our own workshops with a network of local production partners, allowing us to work closer to each project while maintaining consistent quality standards.
NOE BCN holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 20121 and ISO 14067 certifications, and we also use FSC-certified materials.
